Q: Where do the groceries come from?
A: We proudly select the freshest produce, the finest cuts of meat, and the best name brand and local store brand items. Our local supplier cuts their meat daily (they ARE the “Meat Experts”!) and they provide the best locally grown produce from farms here in the south and all around (now THAT’S supporting your local economy)!
Q: How will you handle my groceries?
A: Mobile Market is VERY selective when filling your order. We check all expiration dates and pick the product with the longest usable time available. We pick the freshest produce with the least amount of blemishes possible (if you prefer green bananas as apposed to yellow, just put it in the notes at check out. We aim to please!) We will treat your groceries like you would treat them. And, no…we won’t squish the bread!
Q: I live on the third floor of my apartment complex. Can you deliver to me?
A: Yes! It is included in our service to you! We have a grocery delivery cart that we bring right to your door! You can even take it inside and unload your items in you kitchen (we try to make the process as easy as possible!)
Q: I want to tip the delivery driver but, I don’t usually keep cash.
A: Gratuity is greatly appreciated by our delivery drivers (it is not required, but appreciated). NOW, our delivery drivers can accept credit cards, debit cards, or cash at the door! Mobile Market uses the Square Up mobile credit and debit card processor that enables you to give a tip if you choose to! It is quick, easy, and secure! Just ask us at the door!
